Diederik van der Kooij joins Brande & Verheij

As of today, Diederik van der Kooij joins the team at Brande & Verheij. Diederik brings with him a wealth of experience in litigation in general and collective redress in particular. He is also admitted to the Dutch Supreme Court bar, which uniquely positions him to further this ever-evolving area of law, alongside building out his cassation practice. Furthermore, with his PhD and lecturing positions, Diederik adds academic rigour to the team. With Diederik, Brande & Verheij now offers the full breadth of litigation services in the Netherlands. The team is there to guide you through every step of the process and looks forward to taking on yet even more high-profile cases.
